Farming DE

I have been TH8 for a while and I need some DE to upgrade final dark troops. I have max king, lvl 2 eq... and I need to upgrade my poison to 2, hogs to 4, and minions to 3+4. I am wondering if there are easy ways to get DE without dropping trophies. I’m at 2300-2400 right now. Any feedback helps... thanks!

If u don't mind trading your elixir for dark, I'd suggest using mass pekkas. Had same prob at th8 and used the army, works well, even on th9.

Army composition:
4 pekka --> tankers
17 wiz --> support + high dps
1 hog --> pull cc/give a short-time protection for wiz from defenses
6 wall breakers --> break walls ofc :cool:
3 minions + 9 archers --> cleanup & when hitting dead bases
King

Spells:
2 heal 1 rage/1 heal 2 rage
Poison

CC:
Pekka
Poison (so u got 2 poison for both heroes/cc on tho bases)
Or EQ (quake remaining collectors/drills u didn't get (for dead vases)

At your current league (crystal) it's the league with the most dead bases so this strat would work well.

Also when hitting dead bases with collectors spread put all over the outside with the protection of defenses, start a pekka and 3/4 wiz behind it to funnel pekka to whichever direction (left/right) u want it to go. Also start from the location (where u want ur pekka to stop going on the outside and into the core) another funnel with a pekka and few wiz so that in the end they'll head to the core.

goblins and BARCH can work to on dead bases or poorly placed de storage

Can I use giants instead of P.E.K.K.A.? This strategy seems pretty good

Use loonion. Worked out great for me. All my dark troops and BK maxed in no time.Thanks to books btw.
