Hi, I love Hay Day, but this animal sanctuary is really driving me crazy. It is taking forever to get the puzzle pieces, heck I will be 90 years old before I even complete the Hippo! About every 4th boat order I get one. Is there another way to get them?
I got PPs from the Derby, Wheel of Fortune, Mystery Boxes, and Sea Chests.

Don't forget to check the boxes on Greg's farm & town as well.
I get 2 PP boats weekly, also normally I collect my 2 PPs from horseshoe rewards, that's 4 weekly puzzle pieces. Also, sometimes I would find a piece in a mystery box or a floating chest (they seem to come in waves - sometimes I find no PPs in weeks, and then I would get 3 or 4 in one day). When there is a puzzle piece event (like those boats last week) I make sure I participate as much as possible.
Got 5 adult animals now, 2 pieces missing for the first baby giraffe. I do what I can, but no rush. Honestly, I'm more preoccupied with getting all the pets for now!
Main supply: Derby rewards (1 or 2) and 2 boats a week. - when there's an event I do my best to get all 5.
Sometimes I'm lucky to find one in a treasure chest or toolbox.
I'm not sure I've ever won one on the wheel or fortune.
4 adults, 1 baby. Close to 5th adult.
I read somewhere that you can only get 2 PPs from boats per week (except when there is an event). Can anyone confirm that?

However by then I suppose a new sanctuary will be added as you will all have noted this is the Savannah Sanctuary - which hints at another coming - I’d love to see a Tropical, Arctic or even Sealife one.
Oh on the subject of Sanctuary animals - on Facebook yesterday there was a post with screenshots of a players complete Savannah Sanctuary with all 12 animals - I wonder how many chests had to be opened to find all the pieces - I suggest many thousands.
