What was it like when HD was new?

I started playing HayDay in May 2013 (+/- a month, can't remember). Since then we have received the fishing area, lobster pool, and now three new machines. I was wondering what was it like when HD was new, what were the available things at that time?

I'm guessing the mine was not available, maybe pets neither? What else?

I took a look way back in the forum once and found the time period when Strawberries got introduced. some people got the three starter plants some had to pay ten diamonds for them so that caused quite an uproar. also when i was reading the reviews of past updates, i found a lot of folks complaining about only being able to flag three crates instead of all of them and about needing five diamonds instead of one to call the boat early. I think if you could flag all the crates that would make the boat achievements less valuable since you could effectively earn the achievements by not doing a single thing to fill your own boat.

I'd like to hear from long time players what it was like at first also
