Why dont you make count those people that are in town already? My train came in the morning before the event started and now i have to wait hours till the train is back then it only works for people visiting minimum 2 buildings then I also have to wait till they finish both buildings.This is a fail event really. Not worth to play it considering the fact it s only for 24h.Not gonna play this fail event
It isn’t a failed event, I like it. The event has happened before so you should know it is only visitor that arrive on your main train AFTER the event starts that count. With that knowledge you know not to go to the town until after the event has started.
Yesterday event is the worse one, it is a non event
Not always is like this. I just entered to check something. I won t waste my time waiting for the train to come then minimum 2 buildings and then finally I get a reward. Too much effort for nothing for a 24 h event and out of 24 hours maybe only few hours of playing. Can t be in game non stop I have a real life too.
Also that spinning event it s even more lame... you can find one permit. WOW ONE PERMIT AMAZING. Every day u have some chances to have a permit. they could ask either more permits to increase your chances or besides the permit some other expansion tools to make it more ok. Anyways they can keep their lame events
Minor point, the event still lasts for twenty four hours as any visitors in your town at the end of the event will still count and provide expansion items for the barn and silo.Quote:

love this event, you knew it from sunday, so you can prepare your town to be without any people and the train ready ... you wait the start of the event then you go and you go again eveytime you can to pick the most people you can and you serve then ...
the bonus stay even after the 24hours for them, so you have the time to do it ...
If it doesn't go good, sorry, your fault on this ... no SC ...
Absolutely love this event - in fact I’ll call my train early at least once to make sure I pack my town with purple named folks. I don’t need town tools or more axes and saws so I’m thrilled to get nothing but barn and silo tools from my townies.
My favourite event. Just goes to prove once again, that not everything in Hay Day is for everyone. just enjoy the events you enjoy, and be glad that others enjoy the ones you do not
Could it be because you already have two scrolls showing as your derby horseshoe rewards? I remember people reporting a similar issue a few weeks ago...Quote:

as far as the event is concerned... I don’t find it lame. Every event is designed to produce extra free items.

Couldn’t agree more. I almost never participate in truck or boat events (unless they are global), but the town ones are my favorites! This event works just fine for everyone who prepares for it. It’s not that hard, just make sure you have enough space for the incoming visitors, and don’t check your town until after the event has started (it starts in the middle of the night for me, so I just check when I wake up, no problem).Quote:
