I'm a button pusher ("Oooh, what does this little button do??") so I did figure out pretty early on that difficult boats could be cast off, but I only recently found out about how to NOT advertise in the DD thanks to the Forum members, and I only just last week discovered that I could zero in on a specific friend by checking the farm level instead of frantically scrolling through the list looking for his/her avatar when I tried to buy something and got that dreaded "Barn is full" message. That one is thanks to my darling daughter.
All that to say that this Forum is a fountain of good information and if one discovers it early on (I didn't), their game can go a whole lot smoother.
Asking for new products during an update when the corresponding new machines are being built MUST be corrected. Surely SC knows that those boats are going to be impossible to fill. That is, unless the objective is for people to spend diamonds hiring Tom. I don't like to be the suspicious sort, but that's really quite unfair. I'm one who doesn't mind buying diamonds but I won't be manipulated into doing so, and that's manipulation of the worst kind.
