I know this question has been asked multiple times before but I searched for it and couldn't seem to find it. The question is going from a maxed th8 to a th9 what should be the first 5 priorities for my builders?
I'm assuming laboratory for sure but can't seem to remember what everybody else suggested from the other threads.

Then work into level 5 cc, more camps, max barbs at the lab and then xbows.
