Starting a second farm
I have a player that got a second tablet and a separate FB account who wanted to start a second farm on her new device.
when she goes to the App Store on her new tablet that has a separate FB account from her main farm it is not giving her the option to download hay day on the new tablet
any idea as to why she can’t download hay day onto her new tablet despite it has its own FB account. Her App Store doesn’t even bring hay day up as a game to download
thank you for any advice in advance

Don’t think you can help unless you know what kind of device and operating system it has - supercell has stopped supporting some really old systems on older devices like iPhone 4 or old kindles for amazon so their app systems won’t even show hay day because the device can’t support it.
If it’s an iOS, she should make sure her device has the most updated software, available memory and use the search feature for the App Store.
If it’s an android device, it matters whether she is using a google play account or amazon or something else - but the basic premise is the same, make sure there is enough memory and updated software for the operating system.
I play the SAME farm on multiple devices (iPad and iPhone) and there shouldn’t be a problem downloading the app to multiple devices regardless of whether she is trying to start over with a new farm ID or installing an existing one to a new device....your friend won’t even be able to load a new farm or an old one until the app has been installed - the first time she will get that old ‘letter from your uncle’ hay day intro you only see when you’ve just installed the app....

As dove has said without knowing if it a new device or a device that is not able to operate the app, it is hard to know why but all I can suggest in case your friend isn’t doing it this way, is to go to the Facebook page of Hay Day and ask to download the app through there rather than in Google Play Store it will take you to the Play Store but it will be in their Facebook account that they are going to be recognised by.
I am presuming with the term ‘tablet’ that it is android therefore Google Play is the App Store, just in case there is any confusion and of course if it is an iPad then it would be Apple App Store and again be logged in through FB going to their HD page and request to download it from there.
If that fails then it could have an outdated system. In both app stores your friend should be able to see what operating system and version is needed for the HD app.
I hope your friend gets it sorted and can start to build a baby farm :)

(Android) You can download an app called "APK Extractor" on any phone with Hayday installed. It extracts the apk (installable file) from any app on the phone. Extract Hayday, send the extracted APK (share over Bluetooth works fine) over to the other phone and install hayday with it. If it doesn't install, the tablet doesn't support hayday.
This method is an excellent workaround when Playstore or Google Play is acting up, especially on new machines. You can also archive apps that are no longer in Playstore, like the original Flappy Bird.
