Is there a diamond confirmation button in this Nov 2013 update, Yes or No

I have seen several messages on the forum TODAY (11 NOV 13), some thanking SC for adding a diamond confirmation button, and others asking when it is coming.

This confuses me. I would like to know if there is or is not a confirmation button (without risking a diamond to experiment). So would someone from SC please answer these questions definitively for us:

(1) does this update have a diamond confirmation button for all players?

(2) if not, has the diamond confirmation test-pool been expanded, and

(3) when might we have such a button?

We would like to be able to pile up some diamonds, but have to spend them immediately on shop slots to avoid losing them accidentally.

Tested to speed up a cheesecake and it told me to tap twice to speed it up which I didnt do. :D So it seems like there is a confirmation button for food items, trees & brushes etc. Didnt have the chance to test to speed up building time of a macine as they are not available for me yet.

However, there is not​ a confirmation for spending diamonds on decorations.

Edit: can also confirm that there is confirmation on adding slots to the RSS.

For the 1 st time in ages ( while filling up my sugar machine) I've caught the diamond button. I was 99% sure it took my diamonds ( wasn't sure exactly how many I had from spending). I've just tested & added a new slot on my soup machine & you've guessed it NO CONFIRMATION ! Thankfully I didn't mind another slot on my sugar & soup. But will be holding off on the diamonds purchasing if it's not on everything . Not bought diamonds any since last Christmas .

This is very incorrect. I just bought a slot in my rss and there was no confirmation button.
