I just recently upgraded to TH 8 after maxing Th7 and tips for base setup(farming), farming army upgrade order etc. thanks love to hear your tips. :)
Work on walls while upgrading by leaving one builder free. Also farm for De when gold or elixir is bad.
If you'd like, you can use this TH8 base I designed. I don't know if it's any good, though.

TH8 is the most annoying th lev for me. You'll soon realize why. If you plan to max out, then brave yourself for the longest time in any th level. Lol. Triangle bases are best btw.
