Right at the start. Level 92 and, I think it was March or April of 2012. I had a farm when the paint shed was still up. Then Super Cel got it's start and there was an update, and *poof* the paint shed vanished ;)

I always join the forum, if one exists, of any game I play to learn rules and get tips so I can get the most out of the game. I joined this fabulous forum on May 12th of this year so that's likely also the day I downloaded the app. I'm on level 57 but I did have a previous farm that was lost at level 23.
It's interesting to read posts from those who started playing when the game was first introduced. This is the first I've heard that there was ever a paint shed. The history of Hay Day and it's evolution right here on these pages.
I'm level 46 started playing early August. I used to play Fairway solitaire (and still do occasionally) Hay day popped up on a free coins to watch ad, sometimes I wish I had never seen it, I am soooooo addicted, play every minute that I can
I started playing about mid September and on level 41.

I think I started playing in October of 2012 and at level 65. I would be much further but got very bored with the game and completely stopped in May (level62). I did stop back a few times and feed the pets and farm animals. I know they are not real but I worried about them a little. Just started back up a few weeks ago. Enjoying the fishing game and other improvements.
A couple of my grandchildren started my farm on my iPad in late January. Level 56 now. I only discovered the forum in about June and wish I had found it earlier. Apart from spider solitaire and Blitz it was my first computer game. I play words with friends too but that is it.:)
I have never bought diamonds either.
Level 59, I started in April 2013. I didn't focus on leveling up until I got to the levels just prior to getting the candy machine. Then I started filling high XP truck orders.
I started the tail end of May 2013 and have played everyday since then. Totally addicted. I have also got my mom, sister and co-worker playing.
I am at Level 64
Yes, we do. Matter of fact, because of that I decided to sell two crops 2-3 times a day because it is nice to know that if you ever run out of that crop, you have a neighbor who sells it. I picked chili peppers and potatoes. They grow at almost the same rate. So far it's really working out. So thanks for the idea.
P.S. I have so many GC friends now but still none of them play the turn-based ones like Spite & Malice or Cribbage. One or two of you need to download those games and play with me.
Level 59 and happy with my progress. I started end of July and as I am in a retirement home I can play as much as I want. I have never been one to go to bed late but things are different now:)). I use Tom constantly and I DO buy diamonds. It's not that I have a lot of money to spend on the game but I can rationalize it very well
My daughter started at the same time. She lives in USA and I in Canada and we call nightly for sales and watering plants and it is a great way to keep in contact
If I wasn't so addicted to this game I might get other things done but they can just wait a little longer
Think i seriously started playing in August 2013 and im level 44 (about the same time as mistertez cos i remember them being one of my first neighbours :) ).
Dont get to play as much during the day during the week due to work but normally find me here most evenings and weekends :-)
