Here's my prediction.. There's going to be a tesla level 8 and a pekka level 5. I'd say this is pretty safe to assume as the tesla is the only defensive building to not receive a th10 upgrade yet.
As for the pekka, it's pretty hard to say, but there will definitely be a buff for it. If there's going to be a stronger tesla, there will probably be a stronger pekka.
