So I've been hearing a lot of different numbers. 50k 100k that for the majority of players is not cheap, besides the players that are basically maxed.
But the whole reason to do this was so it is fair for all players correct? Well doing that would not make it fair. Now town hall 6 or 7s 8s and lower would have 8 storages 5 storages, more than they do already. Making it much easier for attacker to gain access to one or more of these, making it so much harder to actually get somwere in the game. Because the amount of walls and defenses barely protects what they have currently.
Now that said, I do think putting bonuses on defense wins and gem rewards for completing things might solve this problem. Supercell would have to be very careful on how much per town hall they give because someone could essentially never raid and get all their money from defense.
I also think that making me protect my town hall would have me play a lot less. I love farming, and absolutely hate cup pushing, I hate it because it literally gets me to stressed out. :rolleyes: I think that making me lose 50k would make so many people frustrated and not spend any gems for supercell. I don't lol but I could see others not.
One last sat thing sorry for the long post. So I see lots of loot.... Everywhere besides silver two and three. So clash of clans isn't supposed to just give us all these loot filled bases, if they did it would give me the sense of sattisafication of maxing my town hall 7 and soon town hall 8. People would fly through clash or clans making supercell have to work a lot harder to make new stuff. Working hard gives keeps me more interested in the game and how my base is doing than if there was loot everywhere.

I don't quite understand how sc would get it to work, how could they distinguish between a th snipe and a simple 1 star by taking the th and not 50%, would they not get a shield either?
sorry if this has already been discussed, didn't get to read whole thread.
I don't like how the game tries to make Town Hall the most important building, and then it's not.
So I'm all up for heavier penalties for losing your TH, gives more variety and challenges.
