Agreed.
There needs to be a limiting factor built into whatever SC does. Right now it is clouds. Can you find a match at high trophy counts? If it was changed to PvP the limiting factor would be skill. Each attack one person would advance the other drop.

I’m not sure i agree in regard to letting people attack bases under shield but not penalizing the base under shield would result in scenario above. The shield would still be shortened by the 3 hours each time the person attacked. The change would be adding more loot and trophies to the economy by a factor or 3 or 4 depending on what the math is. Supercell can adjust the ratios they did before with th change. Right now the game is wait to win. Those willing to wait an hour for an attack move up.

I really don't care. I just want to be able to attack! I'm sure though, they can figure out a way to limit attacking.

I am happy in lower leagues 😁. Titan and legend its not even in the achievement list😅.

Artificial bases

Supercell can generate hundreds of th11 bases of varying loot,layouts and levels. Then SC can inject them into the game at Titian and legends league levels.

Just make the trophys gained or lost exactly how it would be for a real base.

The bases would be strictly for matchmaking and nothing else.

This is the only way to fix clouds. There is no other possible way of fixing it because there just isn't enough players.

I realize I already made a thread recently. I just think this idea is too good to wait.

I’ve seen this suggestion at least a dozen times over the years. Just saying.

Most probably you haven't checked around enough. But this idea has been suggest too many times. But in summary the idea wouldn't work due to the amount of trophies generated in the process unless those bases are given after one hour or more of being in MM. But this will not be a solution to clouds. Giving bases too often will mean trophies record will be flying up to maybe touch 10K?

Respect your opinion but in fact the issue is the opposite & the solution is surely something else! Adding the same PvP system as in builder base(with modifications) will fix the issue as there is no clouds in BB, at least not those made by not finding a base to hit, as long as there is at least one opponent in the game near your trophy range

The problem is there are so many players at the top & adding even more will make it worse especially those super-active ones which is mostly the norm for a player in 5.5K+ range. For every attacker there needs to be a base to hit but when every attacker is hitting 5+ bases per defense then there is a deficit in bases available causing the clouds to happen. Add more players above & get more players attacking less bases relatively & more clouds!

What is the problem with trophy inflation. If your worried about that just lower the amount of trophies gained. So as you go up you only gain one or 2 trophies per win.
