Any experience TH11 out there that can shed me some light?
I have 30/33/5 as of now and my Lab upgrade is done while typing this, I don't know what's the best first troop to upgrade in my lab (all are th10 max) and I have max 9M Gold/Elix and 190+ DE atm.
Any suggestion?

Loons level 7 in my opinion. There is a huge leap from level 6 to 7. You can use them to farm and in war as well if you are an air attacker.
Bowlers or Loons
Depends on what attacks you want to run first. As others have suggested, either do loons or bowlers first, then go from there.
Solid advice so far. I love bowlers, so they get my vote! I never use air these days but have seen very solid balloon raids on my defense replays. Either are a good choice.
Surprised nobody mentioned healers. If you do AQ walk at all, healers are a nice troop to get upgraded.
Wizards was the first one that I did when I became a TH11. Very powerful.
Well iv just gone th11 thanks to clan games reward potion and without a doubt I will be upgrading hogs first, reason why being max hogs with even L1 GW ability no th10 should stand a chance, don’t aim for the stars to start with be realistic
i suggest miners since they give lot of de to upgrade heroes fast
loons do but they needs lava which costs de, if used haste it'll cost more de
I use baby dragons in every attack, they were the first in, followed by healers currently. Next up is wiz then valks and bowlers.
I don't think what you do first is that
important tbh. Not often one single troop on its own can make a massive improvement. I did valks first and AQ walk into bowlers and valks was my go to army. Valks,bowlers,healers,witches, wall breakers, barbs(for BK's ability) were the first troops I upgraded on my mini account, not sure what is next as I still have another army camp and 8 more hero levels to do, I'll shove anything in to keep the lab going. (400+ days of research left to do as I never maxed th10).

Balloons, Wizards, Bowlers, Witches all OP at max level.
Depends on what you use most.
Loons level 7 have my vote, for both farming and war. Life is so much easier with bogger loons, and they’ll farm you up the de for thebowlers, heros, hounds and so on.
