Has anyone received customer support for a reported problem?
Hello farmers. I reported a buying issue to customer support and the only response I've received is an auto-generated reply saying they received the initial complaint. It's been a few days and I haven't heard a word.
I went to purchase a tombstone and fencing before they're unavailable. The game took my 5 diamonds for the tombstone, but didn't give me the tombstone or put it my inventory. I didn't want to purchase anything else in case the same thing happened. I reported it right away, but as stated, I haven't heard a word from support.
Luckily, I opened a toolbox a few days later and got 5 diamonds. Just today I purchased another tombstone, but can't help being upset that I was ripped off from one, not to mention the loss of the five diamonds. Gggggrrrrrr!!!!
Has anyone had a similar issue? Has anyone ever received actual support help? Thanks for your input.
