How does the local ranking work? Lets say im from country "A" and now living on country "B". Local ranking shows that im at "b" is there any possible way that i can use "a" as my local ranking. Thanks

While I don't believe you can at the moment they may change that.
Umm, no they wont.They are called local rankings for a reason.
