[CLOUDS] You got clouds? Post here

For the love of all that is holy, expand the search parameters. I'm in the bottom of Legends right at 5000 trophies. Over an hour of clouds and no target.

THIS IS NOT HARD. Expand the search parameters. Allow any target with a max defensive war weight into the search parameters regardless of trophy level. I DON'T CARE if the top of legends becomes "pay to play", I DON'T CARE if the season winner has 50,000 trophies, I JUST CARE ABOUT A PLAYABLE GAME.

I don't want to drop trophies. I LIKE THE CHALLENGE of hard well thought out bases.

I am doing that, but it sucks to lose all of my loot so that I get to a playable trophy range. I would love for people to just take my town hall and go without dropping 30% of troops, but it's going to take 50 of these 8 cup defenses to drop to Titan 2 or lower. At 2500 DE per defense, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I'm just hoping I can still build an army by the end of this.

Clouds are absolutely horrendous at the moment. These events and clan game are great, but the price we've got to pay to have them is too high. I've managed to drop down to mid T1 by breaking shield and guard, but I cannot justify the loss of life just to dump some trophs so I can be a part of these events. I won't pretend to know what the answer is, but broading of the search pool would be where I'd start. If only temporally to thwart some of these ridiculous clouds.

I agree. Why do you have to lose so much DE etc just to drop trophies (that took so much effort to win) so you can just play.

And I don't like egg-nog either.

It took me 4 hours yesterday to drop from 5'160 trophies to Master (3'000 trophies)

Just for ish and giggles, I'm going to do a search to see how long it takes to find a base at 5065. I won't attack for awhile because I have a shield.

I've been playing COC for over 4 years and would sincerely like to continue to play your game.

I'm in Legends @ 5003, I'm a max TH11 less walls and heroes (due to the update). I like the challenge of well designed hard bases, so I don't want to drop to Masters so that I can run over dead bases and TH10s.

This is the absurdity of the situation:
- I woke up this morning and fixed breakfast for the wife and kids, then logged on and started a search. When Logging on I had 2.5 hours of Guard left.
- After an hour or so of searching I get a "Unable to find a village to attack - Retry" message. I close the game and run an errand.
- I come back and log on and start another search only to get another "Unable to find a village to attack - Retry" message. I click retry and since have been waiting in the clouds since.
- As of the typing of this message, I've been kicked out for a personal break.
- This has been going on since the update and the clan games. I've bought out all the shields available to me trying to wait it out.

So please fix this game...

As strange as it seems, I'm taking 1-week break from the game during those events...

Unable to find a village to attack - Retry

I am in legend with 5065 trophy and I am getting this message again and again after huge time search. I want to drop my trophy which I can't because I didn't get a single base, how could I drop trophy then? It's very bad cloud last few hours, mainly I guess after new event comes.

Put your townhall/eagle outside, break your shield and guard and keep breaking them as soon as you are attacked.
