made a new one, linked it.

Clan - cambodia flag (something) don't remember it quite right..
Level 24. Town hall as i remember lvl 5.
Last played 05.11.13
clan donations - 180 / 370 or something.
Samsung galaxy SII plus.
any more info?

SAME SITUATION HERE.. I ONLY LINK MY GAME TO FACEBOOK I reinstall my COC DUE TO UPDATING ERROR..
after reinstalling.. a new village came out.. i try to finish the tutorial for me to get into settings.. it said that my device is already connected to an COC acct. i accidentally link that game to my facebook acct.. (it happens coz, iam not good in speaking or understanding english sentences) now my village is gone.. how can i retrieve my old village??... i already playing it a week.. i dont want to start allover again..
I name my village same as my old one..
by the way.. i reinstall it again.. currently in tutorial.. i restart the game again.. the desperation of getting my old village is the reason of re installing it again.. PLEASE.. DO HELP..
Let's start a facebook page- supercell took my money and wont respond to me
I was mentioning in another thread, we should create a Facebook page to get the awareness out. This company is not helping its customers, and should tell the public to watch out for getting involved with a game that takes your money with no concern for you or result at all.
If supercell will not contact or help us with our lost hard earned money or villages, let's warn others and the public... Facebook page seems like a good place to start...

I have done a couple of support tickets and send e-mail to feedback@supercell but they didn't answer. First ticket was placed 6.11 and i have done three of them after that and no answer. My question was about lost gems and village. Supercell is not taking responsibility for their problems and that's how they treat their paying customers. Let's make a group to facebook and other medias and link these threads there! Maybe we get attention then. I am very, very dissapointed to supercell and I am not going to say any good word to any of my friends. This sucks. 15 days and no a single answer!! they take us money and forget the issues. Weird strategy..
