Global Donations

You should be able to request on global. I know that it is possible for game developers to add an algorithm that detects how much of something is somewhere; Minecraft has this, that's how they stop you from spawning too many NPCs in a world. Anyways, this has to do because they can let you request on global with that algorithm to stop there from being too many requests on global. This would enable players to request on global if no one will donate in their clan. This can also annihilate those useless request n leave clans. Supercell might never add this, but you always have to be confident!

No there are many trolls and bullies out there no guarantee that you hey the troop

Well, that's what reporting is for. If the report mechanism was actually run by REAL people, we might only need one person to report someone for something; they would be banned right away if they actually did something wrong according to that REAL person.

I see more cons than pros in this idea.

1) Anyone with somewhat decent troops will just be spammed with people begging for troops constantly and repetitively. It's not just as easy as reporting someone for begging SC won't punish someone for being annoying asking for troops. It's not as simple as muting them either because it'd be multiple people in every single global and would take away whatever amount of actual conversations global has nowadays. This could also spark a large amount of conflicts in globals as people would purposely be trolls and donate the opposite of what the person wants or too low leveled troops for the person's liking or whatever it may be.

2) The Request and Go clans are not problem causing or useless in anyway. This idea of global requests would just eliminate a major factor of clans to begin with. That's the great thing about this game is that there is such a variety of people that devote themselves to different things.. the people who run these clans strictly do it for donations and to helping others.. how would this be fair to them? It's not their fault some people may not want to join a clan and miss out on getting donations. This is where the Req&Go clans help those people.
