Sorry for bumping.
But I've emailed support from the day I started this thread, and got the ticket number. No response. Then I emailed support once again (on 13th Nov), and until now still no reply from them. How long does it take for support to reply anyway, on average?
Also if anything, they need to make it clear on the FAQ that deleting CoC on Android CAN and WILL reset your village's progress. Make it so these cases never happen again.
