Lost my progress....
So recently there's the big update that removed the halloween theme. I tried to update my CoC to it, but turns out my Android did not have enough space (despite recently cleaning up my storage space). Not to worry I thought, since the game FAQ said that I could not reset my game on a device that previously had it, so I uninstalled CoC, and re-downloaded. But when I logged in, I got greeted into a fresh new village. I did not do a factory reset, how could this happen? Is there a way to restore my old data? (I did not link it to any gamecenter or google plus unfortunately, but I can tell my in-game name, and the clan I'm currently in).

Same has happened to my kids on android :( anyone know what to do? Cause av not got a clue lol

I've also fallen victim to this problem. All those months of work put into my CoC and after an update it all gets wiped.
I'm sure we could provide ample information to prove they are in fact ours and not other people's accounts. (Beginning with the fact that the accounts will have been inactive since when we stated we made the update)
Please, Supercell. Is there any possibility at all of having our accounts returned to us?

I also have this problem. I could not install the latest update (error 913) and then I uninstalled CoC and again install it.
My entire progress is lost. I have the same name on Coc as on this forum.
Please, give me back my progress and my clan.

Also have this problem ♥♥♥ is that could not download update then I reinstalled game and downloaded update Started game and i saw im at start again.Bam I lost everything omg

It is unfortunate. On the Apple, if you delete the app, it does not delete the game data (so you can immediately reinstall it with no problems). On the Android, if you delete the app, it also deletes any local files you may have (ie ability to play your village if only attached to local files). The answer is always be attached to Google+ - so wherever you load the game, you can reattach to your village (Or Gamecenter on iOS).
But, since those files were deleted, you will need to contact support either through the in-game reporting, or directly at clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net and they will assist you if they can.
