I personally am not a big fan of putting a chat between two enemies. When both clans want to beat each other, I don't think putting a chat will lead to anything positive. There is also a very low chance that both clans speak the same language. More accounts will get banned when both clans argue. Don't see a point in this.
+1. I've wanted this feature since clan wars were introduced. Sure, there will be some people who don't realize this is a game, but they can be reported. Adjustments can be made (profanity filter = most restrictive between each clan's settings, for example).
Clash Royale has a related concept where you can send "emotions" to your opponent, and I think it increases the feeling of interaction. Like, the person you're playing is a real person. Not so disconnected.
I personally would love this to be added. Congratulating our opponent for beating us fair and square or applauding for a good attack would be a nice addition :)

I'd also like such feature, when a common language exists between the clans.
But, about the chat feature: there has been reported limitations to the chat in the game due to its need for bandwidth, being claimed sometimes to be the reason why clans are limited to 50 players maximum. yet meanwhile, many new features were added to the chat, like filtering, gift giving, challenges, etc.
Maybe an alternative could be to allow mails between co~leaders (mail feature) only during wars. This would allow some, however limited, discussion between clans, without creating the always awkward 'spying' fear.
Already currently, promoted members of a clan can send an invitation mail to their friends, even if these are in a clan already (not sure why this even exists). This feature could be expanded to include current opponent war's leader.

I really like the idea of this. I've always thought there should be more interaction between clans since I started playing 3 years ago. I think the idea of letting leaders communicate between clans would be ideal. They could set up a rematch (friendly war)
It could be used if say you wanted to have an all air war or all ground war. I believe it could lead to positive things as long as people use it appropriately.
So, if there were ten wars and ten group chats, how many of those ten would be "good job, great war" and how many would be... well... trash talk?
And as I mentioned two or three days ago when this was suggested, I do not want to be "congratulated" for a good war by a team that beats us. Just move on... I do not want to chat with the team I beat... or the team I lost to.
Sorry op your idea is just not needed why would war chat work any better then global chat answer is it wouldnt it would just be another place full of toxic chat and thats assuming you are facing a clan that speaks the same language as yourself
