What would you like to see in future updates?

I've got some ideas bouncing around in my head so I will start.


* Maybe we can start to grow and sell fresh cut flowers
* Lemon trees, orange trees ect. (this would start a whole new set of pies and juices)
* Nut Trees
* Lettuce Crops


I have other ideas also :)

I'd love to see more trees and crops. I would also love to see more pies, cakes and ice cream. Flowers would be really cool too.

There are sooo many new crops I'd like to see, starting with BANANAS. Lots of machine-made products you can make with bananas. Spinach would be nice. And wouldn't coconut palms look nice on the farm, not to mention the wonderful coconut cakes and pies you could make with them. How about nuts of any sort? Lots and lots of possibilities with new crops and their corresponding baked goods.

I'd love to be able to help others' hungry pets, too. I see so many and I'm betting the owners would appreciate some help.

More land expansion
Way more decorations
Be able to scroll through followers like you can neighbours in the roadside shop and also see their help wanted signs
A donkey for the stable
Crop mastery like the machines
A way to temporarily hide stuff that is not storable so it's easier to rearrange your farm
Be able to decorate fishing area

If you have some new ideas, that's the best place for them.

Even one new fruit could make for a BUNCH of new items. Lemons could make lemonade, lemon creme pie, grilled fish, lemon drop candies...

I think it would be fun to have an occasional minor flood, drought, hailstorm or locust invasion to see how Hay a Day farmers cope with this. Nothing too major mind you, but an occasional surprise would add more drama to the game. Like the Smileys and global initiatives, it would encourage players to help each other in creative ways.

I'd like this too! But I totally understand why that would not fly with 99% of the players. For many, the game is hard enough as it is!

Another farming game, Harvest Moon, would occasionally do this. There would be bad storms overnight, and you'd wake up to find your beautifully tilled and organized garden DESTROYED with trash and rocks, and sticks and all sorts of stuff.

If was frustrating, but also added to the challenge. when it happened, you just rolled up your sleeves, and got back to work fixing the damage - just like in real life.

No, no! Unless there is an option to block that possibility!
(However, i don't think CS will concider something like that, nobody must be allowed to actually do something on someone else's farm).

I stockpile a lot, and I wheat a lot. That is why I always need to keep some animals hungry.
To be able to stockpile it is necessary my barn is full and in order to be able to harvest I must have room for at least 1 item.
Often I feed an animal (or chop down a tree if I have a dead one) to make room for the item I will get from harvesting my field, so for me no neighbours feeding my chickens! :eek:

Love that idea, might get a bit frustrating and hard work for newer and low level farmers though.

I don't mean without the owner's permission, of course. It has been suggested before as a way of helping by using the "!" sign just as when someone needs help with trees and boats. The pet owner would have to request the help first. Of course it wouldn't be without permission! LOL!!

I personally don't love it, though I can see the challenge. I'm a gardener and get to deal with those things in real life, so HD is my little fantasy land where my crops always grow properly, there are no plant eating bugs, the sun's always shining and everything looks hunky dory. Then all I have to do is walk outside for a dose of gardening reality. :D

Actually, we DO do things to others' farms like...water their trees and help their boats. :)
