We can boost the Spells, Barracks, Heroes. Why not the Clan Castle? It holds things up when doing an hour boost and attacking with full armies. Having to wait for those few extra minutes when everything else is ready to go is annoying.
So why not allow a boost for an hour for 5 - 10 gems to keep pace with everything else?
Since people would be more likely to gem to boost clan castle rather than to skip the wait for CC this is potentially more money for them. Seems like an increase in profits.

Would just encourage those xp hunters to get a mini to boost then constantly fill and dump....
What level clan are you in OP as this makes a huge difference to how quickly you can request troops again!
You get a permanent cc boost if you level up your clan, at lvl 1 the wait for cc request is pretty annoying but at lvl 10 you can request again pretty quickly. I don't find that it is cc request cool down that is the rate limiting factor when I'm raiding even when everything else is boosted!

same for heroes
i always prefer boost on heroes & not gem them directly

I was thinking that too. I'm not willing to pay the price to instant request each individual time, but I would pay to boost for an hour. Same as heroes. I don't gem to instant heal them but I boost them all the time.Quote:

If you are in a level one clan then this is very annoying when pushing but how many hardcore pushers are still in level 1 clans? Clan XP has really replaced the need for this as a few days war work and your cool-down is reduced. The side issue though is that the gem cost for requesting again is very disproportionate and prohibitive especially when you consider most hard core climbers will already have gemmed heroes, spells and racks. I spent a 1000 gems roughly during the Forum Elite event so the CC cool-down should be no more than 10 gems at the most reducing down to 1 as it ticks down in my view.Quote:

Lv1 clans for forum elite were really painful with a 20min request timer.
Soon as it knocked down to 15 at lv2, far better since that’s only just over the time it takes for boosted max hero regen.

Excellent suggestion. I'm pretty sure that the majority of players arent gemming their cc to instantly request for troops again. I would totally boost though. 👍👍
As someone that can only upgrade heroes by boosting since I can't raid much during week... I find myself avoiding using cc troops and taking trophy hit knowing I will have a ten minute wait for next request window to open - and a huge loot target may appear that I must have my troops for.
I have always wondered why I cannot boost cc as well. It gets me every weekend. grrrrrrr
Well, as far as i have experienced, At th9 and above at higher leagues, the troops used usually take 30 min. to train, boosting them makes it a little more than 7 min. clans that are lvl 7 and up get request time 10min. So thats enough to sync with troop training. Also, royals at high level take nearly same amount to time to heal. So its all balanced.
Also, if many people in the clan will get to boost cc at the same time, it can be a problem for donors to provide troops.

Maybe because it's not a fixed length thing so would end up being more expensive for lower level clans.
But it is just spead up, boosted, so % wise it is the same no matter your clan level. In some ways it would benefit the lower clan levels more since they need it more.Quote:
