We can boost the Spells, Barracks, Heroes. Why not the Clan Castle? It holds things up when doing an hour boost and attacking with full armies. Having to wait for those few extra minutes when everything else is ready to go is annoying.
So why not allow a boost for an hour for 5 - 10 gems to keep pace with everything else?
Since people would be more likely to gem to boost clan castle rather than to skip the wait for CC this is potentially more money for them. Seems like an increase in profits.

Would just encourage those xp hunters to get a mini to boost then constantly fill and dump....
What level clan are you in OP as this makes a huge difference to how quickly you can request troops again!
You get a permanent cc boost if you level up your clan, at lvl 1 the wait for cc request is pretty annoying but at lvl 10 you can request again pretty quickly. I don't find that it is cc request cool down that is the rate limiting factor when I'm raiding even when everything else is boosted!

i always prefer boost on heroes & not gem them directly

And so what? It's not like XP gives any player any advantage of any kind. If they want to pour millions of resources into a shiny number that doesn't affect anyone else, why not?Quote:
