You can't. Ask a moderator.
And they dont just change your username every month for you by the way.

As Blacknight advised: only mods can change your forum name, at your request only.
Contact any name listed in red at bottom of the screen here (means that mod is online), or listed here (some do not allow mails).
My advice: propose a new name, you can check availability by starting an 'advanced search' and typing your desired new name, a dialogue will appear showing you matching names, if none appears it means you are alone with that name, and is ok to propose.

As others have said, names can only be changed by mods.
Send a PM to one of us, but think carefully what you want, as we won't do frequent changes.
