I saw probably a 40% drop in my raiding return going from TH8 to TH9. Previously it was easy for to hit my loot cap of around six million a day (raiding, not sub 200), while now it's not uncommon for me to get only around four million.
While that's still a viable return for me, I'm fairly srs bzns about my raiding. I can only guess what more casual players are seeing.
Go check the greatest loot thread I got 3 back to back 300k gold raids in the mentioned trophy range. Just because you don't ever see it just means you're unlucky ;)Quote:

are your numbers total or gold only?
You really shouldn't be using all your army on every raid. if you choose the right targets you can use only a few goblins and archers to get most of the resources. I use 15 WB, 50 Goblins, 60 Archers and 75 Barbarians. I then start 50 more goblins before i start raiding. I find an easy target with most resources outside of the walls in the collectors and then by the time I come back from the raid those 50 Goblins are done and ready to be used again. I can attack every 10-15 mins. If I find a target that needs my full army then ill have to wait about 22-25 minutes depending on the amount of WBers used.Quote:

Quoted for truth. Not only is it beneficial for the user but also for the community. More times that not the people complaining about resources have very low lvl collectors. Yes they take time to upgrade and become profitable but considering TH8 takes at least 3 months to max its not like this game is a sprint.Quote:

Those numbers are gold only, but I play on an iphone and I'm my own boss at work, so it's pretty easy for me to just respond to the buzz every thirty minutes or so and launch another raid.
There are days where because of work or family committments, that kind of play isn't possible and my numbers tank, but most days I'm launching raids pretty continuously through the day. It's possible I'm overestimating my returns also as I don't track them rigorously, but I do think 4 million is a pretty fair estimation. There have certainly been days at TH9 I've even hit six, but those are rare. I miss TH8 farming. :(
