Is the windmill available in any of the decor boxes regardless of the advertised potential goodies, or is it only in the box that shows the windmill as a possible prize? I have only seen that windmill box once or twice, but see other decor boxes routinely.

I have yet to win the windmill, but I believe it can only be won as the mystery deco package. Maybe some winners of it will answer your question and you can see if it's been won as another package.
I have yet to see this illusive windmill on anyones farm.
Can someone please post a picture of it in a farm?

Right now I have a mystery deco box as a choice. However this box shows as possible contents the snail and a red bicycle.
