Well that's something that should be in the "ideas forum" if I'm not mistaken, it has nothing with to do with the OP.
Really don't get the analogy but I guess you missed out the part that I'm Swedish making me one of the homeless people. I'm against it if it bothers the norwegian people, but since Swedish and norwegian is quite similar making us understand eachothers native language I can't see why it would be a problem, if it's not a "hostile takeover".
Our junior hockey team is playing the WC final tomorrow, let the norwegians have their global. :p
Well, as Im also Swedish Im as "homeless" as Beerking is. I did get the analogy btw, thought it was a pretty good one.
Imo i don't get how people can be bothered at all about whats happening in global, as there seem to be nothing to do about it why not just accept things as they are. Mute those you wanna mute, do it again and again if need be.
Nope, I caught the part saying that you are Swedish but use the English global (wonderful contradiction).
I also like the double standard saying that a Swedish person can talk in a Norwegian chat, while an English can not. Swedes most likely know Svenska and in many cases, English. I'm sure a few know Norsk, but not the majority. The same goes for an English speaker, They mainly know English, and a small number will know Norsk. What makes these two different? The fact that one is geographically closer?
Also, my post was initially talking about how there are many nationalities and languages without chat. That would surely fit under this thread since the topic here is players in chats where they do not belong. I wasn't debating the fact that there is a large number of English speaking players in the Norwegian global, although you seem to be set on taking it down that road. I will not further discuss your issue, as it is not my concern. If you would like to discuss the fact that there are many languages as well as nationalities without global chats suiting them, I would gladly converse with you.
