Trap: Spell Breaker

I have a idea of a new trap called the 'Spell Breaker' this trap would be use to block spells (mostly lightning spell), the trap would have a area range of one building, so to put it in simple terms the trap will be placed over the top of a building to protect that single building. I'm thinking the trap would be like a beacon that makes a shield over the selected building.

P.S. If anybody else has any ideas for the trap 'Spell Breaker' please comment below.

This actually pretty clever. Like a lightning rod to absorb snipe resource hit damage or could say decrease heal and rage spells by 50%. I'd say it starts at 20-25% and maybe hits 60-75% damage or time reduction when maxed...

we need anti-lightning spell spells! you use the spell on your own base and it wards off one use of the lightning spell. (depending how many spells you cast) that way when you reach 30k+ DE you don't get raided with 5 lightning spells every dang time.. -.- frakkk!

it could be a spell to ward of spells or a trap. either or. :] that's such a needed thing i believe. lol..

We still dont have defense spells

Dragonhoff and I have beet working on a tower that would block spells. we have gotten quite far and I am working on some images for it. check it out.

The reason spring traps dont work on pekkas, golems or heros is because they are simply to valuble to the attacker. Spells would come in under this bracket of super influential to the outcome of a raid. So i really cant see this coming out anytime soon! Upgrade your defences and stop whining :D

Dragonhoff and I have been working on an idea for a tower that would deflect spells. we have come very far and I have drawn the art for it. Check it out it is a lot like this only we have a lot of details and it can target more that just lightning spells.

Dorkface, spells are used for attacking, not defending. That's why they cost elixir instead of gold. I believe that Supercell is more likely to introduce an anti- spell factory, or a shield factory, which would cost gold to create a shield, and could be pre- placed.

I like the idea but will the lightning spell be lost? Or can you get the spell back in your inventory?
