I have ~15 active war members. The rest are inactive or dead weight. The clan name is HIonClannabis, but the name does not matter much anymore, just the players within it.

So how would we do this? Usually these things have a power struggle. Who goes where? Who is leader? That kinda thing. Any ideas?
