Troop bank - read it or get mashed

Hi guys and gals (If there are any),
I was thinking that you could have a little button on the side of the clan chat underneath the arrow called a "bank"
And in this bank you can take troops that people have donated earlier. You just donate into the bank and then any CHOSEN CLAN MEMBER can come and take the troops

Basically the leader/co-leaders if they ever exist can choose members they find trustworthy and allow them to use the bank. And if youre leaders inactive then it sucks to be you :/

This could help get your donations up because if no-ones online you can donate into the bank and then you receive the donates when someone takes it into their clan castle

And maybe the leader could return troops to the donaters if they were trolling and donating wb's or gobs.

THE STATS
Maximum donate limit is 250 per season
Maximum intake is 3x your CC per season (is that fair? tell me what you think)
You can take in as much/little as you want at a time (so if you requested and had 4 troops left you could just take some archers from the bank to fill your CC up)
You can donate as much as possible per go

Idea
(Maybe you could only request as many as you donated or something like that)

What's the stats, though? Like how many can you donate at once, what's the donation recharge time, and how many troops can an elder take at once?

Love the idea, add more technical details Ex: how many troops someone can take out, how many put in and add a poll.
This actually has a chance of getting added by SC IMO.

AMAZING!!!!! If I were in supercell and saw this i would freak and hire this guy for this single idea!!! Then I would go and share it with all of my other mods and say this was all my idea!!!

I was thinking really you could just fill yourself up then maybe a 3 hour wait??
And you can obvs donate as much as you want

At first i thought, terrible. Then I realised this is genius, beside the elder being pointless, this is a really good idea. Everyone should be able to give to the bank though. Like a max of 500 troops a day, if you can be bothered. But you can take troops you gave in, that's ♥♥♥♥♥ing
