Just upgraded to town hall 9 not too long ago. I put loons down in my lab and they will be done tomorrow. What should I upgrade next in my lab? I would prefer it to be an elixer upgrade so I can spend my dark elixer on the queen.
I was thinking dragons jump or giants. What do you guys think?

Giants get a pretty big buff at lv6, so can't really go wrong there. They're mostly useful for farming, but there's quite a few war strategies involving them as well. Jump I'd recommend getting after giants, lv2 jump is a gamechanger for your ground possibilities.
Giants and goblins in elixir. This will help you a lot in farming. The goblin knife is probably the best farming strat available at th9. If you want to get into wars soon, get the hound next so that you have at least one good war strategy which is at max th9 level. And mass laloon doesn't depend a lot of hero levels either, so it's a good strat to unlock at first.
LaLoon for war, Gibarch for farming is the best way to start offensively imo.
After you finish upgrading your spell factory, lab, and army camps, farm only for dark. You will get more than enough lix/gold in the process of farming dark. You don't want to be sitting with max defenses and 10/10 heroes, so dark should be your number 1 priority when looting.
Most common armies with elixir upgrades highlighted:
Farming: Gibarch
War: Penta Laloon (4 hounds, 20 loons, 2 rage, 3 haste, 2 poison) and Goho (2 golems, 8 wiz, 4 wb, 24 hogs, jump, rage, 2 heal, poison)
I know this isn't about what you should upgrade in your lab, but I just want to warn you, wait to build your xbows! They will bump you up a few numbers in wars, so make sure you are ready in all other departments before building them.

Penta Laloon is only 4 hounds? Surely it should be called Quadra Laloon then? I'd have thought if it is called Penta Laloon then it requires 5 hounds...lolQuote:

I agree i went the th8.5 route and after several months im glad i did im done with lab heroes are 15/15 and currently working on them and also working on lvl10 walls. If u plan on being in war alot then focus on all hidden traps it helpsQuote:
