Th11 Legend Trophy Push

Hello chief's, posting this on behalf of my clan mate.

He is currently at 4500+ trophy range & he would like to push towards Legends league, in past 2 days he is struggling to gain more trophies instead he has lost abt 200 trophies due to bad attacks & defense. His normal push army would be Queen walk bowler giants strategy. Is there any other army composition that would ensure 2* on Th11s?

I went through top players troop composition & most of them are with GOVABO with 4 quake, 1 jump, 2 rage & poison, no idea abt cc, but my guess would be golem & heal spell:confused:. Is there anyone using this composition? if so then i would like to know the strategy for this & key points to take note before attacking.

Most recent attack on me with it was a defend...had a golem, giant and jump in his cc. He missed with the jump and main army hiked.

People get decent 2* on my base with QW + bowler+witch / QW + bowler and after the sides are cleared valks to the core through jump

Honestly, a good attacker will 2 star most bases with about any strong comp... I think the easiest and safest is probably dragloon. Try 10 drags, 8 loonz, 3 rage, clone and a quake. Cc loonz and a rage. Suicide heroes to help funnel and clone loonz or drags as needed depending on base design. I use the quake to soften th and core. Good luck!

This is exactly what I use.. AQ walk with Bowlers and delayed valks.. confirmed 1* if AQ walk goes well. Then definitely 2*. And if everything goes well..3* is possible.
I lost one attack due to healers taken out by air mines one by one before queen cleared 10% of the base. However I failed at 49%. So yeah.. replaced a valk and a minion with 2 loons. Now going good again..

There is no such thing. Nothing will ever 'ensure' a 2-star.
That said, QW and mass baby dragons is a very fail safe strategy. I used it at TH10 to reach legend, and revert back to it at times now at TH11 as well.

My base is still waiting for a prince (or princess) to come and 3-star it but I agree with you, if they fail completely is due to QW "issues".

I personally use this:
10 gia
12 wizz
4 WB
10 bowl
4 heal
3 arch
2x Rage 2x freeze and eq, CC filled with giants EQ and poi

Pretty balanced combo for regular clashing in T1 as I have forsaken trophy pushing

Anyone knows how to deploy GoVaBo from the top players' camp? It is usually with 4 quakes and a jump
