Time Travel Spell

Ever wish you didn't drop troops in a certain spot!! Or accidentally drop the wrong ones or want to try to get some tactical info about the base you are attacking...

How about a time travel spell?

Cast the spell for lvl 1 go back in time in the battle 20 seconds. Everything that has happened is reset to the way it was 20 seconds ago. Troops restored to your army, but loot collected also returned thr defenders base. Any damage or destroyed items are restored to the condition they were 20 seconds ago.

Lvl 2 40 sec
lvl 3 1 minute.

Lvl 5 spell factory
cost lvl 1 25000 gold
lvl 2 33000 gold
lvl 3 41000 gold

Could help win a battle or could watch your troops get destroyed even worse than before...

Does the actual time reset?

The only thing I think should be changed is it's name. Rewind spell sounds cooler. =3

One question: would the defender know that you rewinded time?

i like it, it would be useful so you dont mess up. Now would it effect the whole battle, like every thing that happened in past 20 sec or so, or just everything that happened in a small area in 20 or so sec. Anyway, this idea sounds very good, and might be something worth using.

So in Max level you can start an battle and if it goes bad in ex The first 58 sec you can go back an min and never attack and lose The thing you gest for crystal league etc?

@ waymond, no, time in the real world does not actually reset. ;)
But in the battle time, yes. you start at 2:30 (I think for every battle), so if you are 10 seconds into the battle and cast the spell to go back 20 sec, you only go back to the begining, but you are still committed, so you cant use it to end battle "before" you started.

@966souchou, yes, in replay you would see the activity that happened that was then erased by the time spell...

@alexto. It affects the whole battle, not a circle (although that could be a alternate idea...)

@KaptenHunter. similar to waymonds question, You can't use the spell to undo starting the battle... Even if you use it to reset to starting time, you are still committed. (there has to be both goood and bad with spells)

All your giants. CC comes out. REWIND place archer. Lightnings CC. INSTA WIN but theres no room in the spell factory

Insta win!?! Just because you can lighting archers coming out of the CC does not give you an automatic win. This is a ridiculous assumption.

I think it would be better if it transported troops within the radius 20 seconds forwards in time. For example, you deploy a bunch of archers and a giant bomb activates. Use the spell and they teleport into the future dodging the blast. Also,you deploy balloons when you notice their air defense. Just use the spell on your balloons and let giants deal with the air defense instead.

You don't even know how many times I have made a mistake in a battle that has caused me to lose it all because I placed 20+ Archers in the wrong spot... This would be very useful! Supercell, please add this to the game!

Sorry, I don't get your proposal of transporting a portion of troops in a battle forward in time?!? What does that mean or look like within game play?

no. itz bad cuz when someone attaked me then they cood just rewind a rewind a rewind with az meny spelz az they had until the got it rite

It only rewinds a certain amount of time. If they used all of their Rewind Spells, then they would have no support spells the next time around.

You don't get it. Your rewind- Then, you place archers to lure out the clan castle troops. Then drop lightning spells. Then you proceed with your attack as if nothing ever happened. You can basically just keep on re-doing your attack until you've found a way to beat it- and with a level 6 spell factory, that would be A LOT of rewinds. I say no.

I agree because one day I placed 20 wizards in the same slot to kill whatever it was there ( I don't remember it was a long time ago ) and a giant bomb blew all my wizards and the battle was lost and that's why I don't use wizards anymore

Let's say you have a lvl 3 time travel spell but you only want to go back 30secs rather than a whole minute. I quite like the idea of the time travel spell but maybe if you could could control how far you want to back, this would make it way better and popular.

I agree, this would be terrible for the defender.

Maybe it would take up 3 spaces in the spell factory so people wouldn't go crazy with it

This idea has cons and pros.

Pros:
Can easily fix mistakes in battle
Pretty straight to the point reason for assisting

Cons:
What vinnyxo and julezwatts said

Its a nice idea but i really cant see experianced people who mess up very little wasting a space in the spell factory

Uh- No. Spells don't have a housing space. They take up 1 space because it is 1 spell. A more powerful spell doesn't mean that it's bigger.

In response to the other person who suggested that you control how much time you rewind- ???!!!!!!!. Have you lost your mind? This would be terrible for defenders. If you're going to rewind, it has to have limitations. The reason that you're suggesting this is so that you don't have to go through the painstaking process of precisely laying down your wall breakers and entry troops, but to go back ONLY to the point where you're sending in the bulk force of your army. If you're going to rewind, it rewinds all the way. No control over it. You don't control the troops that a heal spell or rage spell affects, and you can't control a lightning spell to ONLY affect certain things- the spell MUST have drawbacks.
