What troops do you think are minimum for master?

I tried B'linion..Mass-Drags, Drag'loons etc, etc... my hog army (lvl3 atm) could not sustain against max TH9-10 into Cr II.. on my schedule (and is sapped out quite a bit of Dark if you cant take out all defs..you cant get all the spoils ya know?!?) B'loons were good, but lvl5 are limited, as are lvl4 Minions.. and bases that high are well equiped for the mass Dragon army too.

I may try again when my TH is upgrading..but the time alone was my biggest obsticale..IME several days of 6-8 or more straight hour(s) sessions were required to reach masters, and you cant really log off much in between. Most of these posts fail to state that. it makes it seem like they reached it in a day or two with causal raiding schedule with no real problems..

I got the sense it was the opposite of SUB farming; in that once you log off you get creamed by attackers, so you need to stay online for LONG hours in order to keep your place, kinda like you cant log off in the SUB for fear of getting 200-400 trophies dumpped on you.

what was your timeline?

I'd suggest you give it another shot when lvl4 hogs are ready. Accompanied by 3 healing spells lvl4 hogs can take out most non-maxed TH9s. When you hit the 2500 or 2550 trophy line, you may want to change to a hog-dragon th/50% sniping strategy to ensure 1 star for every attack. Choose your opponent carefully.
As to timeline, it took me an entire day. Around 14 -16 hours I'd say.

My experience is that exposed townhalls above 2350 make up less than 0.5% of available bases.

Barbs and archers and rage lvl6 and heroes got me to 2350s... I'll add some minions next push to get to masters and GoWiPe if i,m stuck... Are lvl1 golems, lvl3 pekkas and lvl5 wizards enough?
