If you had achieved the first level of the event then erything after that would have counted to the global event and you would have received your five diamonds. I got my diamonds as soon as the global goal was achieved.
My global event said that everyone got 5 diamonds , but I didn't get a package.Quote:

I found a prezzi package with 5 diamonds in it a couple days ago!!
I got the global event diamonds, but not the maintenance diamonds that were supposed to come out just a little earlier.

Anyone who donated at least 6 pies should receive those diamonds. I don't know whether you get the reward if you donate AFTER the global goal was met.
No global event diamonds for me. Just the spider tree. :confused:
You should have recieved them. Could you please submit a report to sc via the settings in your game? Support will be able to check if you received them or not, and if there is a problem they can take steps to fix it.Quote:

I didnt get any maintenance diamonds. I did get the 5 for contributing to the event though straight after the server was back up. I had contributed all 77 pies within 12 hours of the event starting

Just a side note, I don't see doing the global events worth the trouble. Five diamonds and some decor that's ugly anyway or maybe a shovel or something along that line. Not worth it to me. I sold a whole bunch of pumpkins though!

I received my 5 global event diamonds right after the maintenance break, but not 3 diamonds for the server being down. SC has been very generous so I have no problems. I love the Halloween decorations and appreciate all the free gifts we received during the global event and are still receiving from the ghost of the lake. :)
well that was a ripoff! Cause I never got mine either. Oh well, I'm not going through all the steps to file a report. Just a game, they rip me off on my diamonds all the time LOL

Unfortunately, the server going down coincided with the completion of the global event.
This resulted in a whole lot of confusion surrounding the five diamonds received. They were for the event, not as compensation for the maintenance.
unfair, all have got the 5 diamonds even they finished the event or not :confused:
