Reflector.app is the only way to go.
Runs for 10 mins in trial mode. Is that 10 minutes total or 10 mins every session? Of course I assume total but would be fantastic if every session as most vids won't last longer than 10 mins : )
EDIT: It appears to run as many 10 min sessions as you would like.
