Making a clan; need founders to help

Hi guys, I am looking to make a clan. I am an active and pretty serious clasher.
Always wanted to start a good clan that is active, and loves to chat! Well, I guess now is that time ;)

I am a level 64 Town hall8 with lvl5 archers. I just got th8 and its going pretty smooth.

Lvl64
Lvl5 arch
Crystal
talkative ;)
US, English.

I think the requirements will be level 55+ with lvl 5 archers. If you almost have lvl 5 arch thats fine.

Hi there! me and my friend is interested in joining you in making a clan.

10 days to Archers 6
Giants 6
Barb 5
Rest of em are lv3 and abv except dark troops lv1

As for my friend( xRevil )
He's fresh TH8 w/
Archers 5
Barbs 5
Giants 5
