[Project] Let's build TH8

Had some time, thought why not? TH8 Vault Design. I know that I accidentally put in an extra Archer Tower, perhaps switch with a DE drill? Let me know what you guys think!

Ok Thanks. So if i replace the two bottom cannons with the elixir storage and gold mine, will it be better? Also the mortars are working well there. Thanks :)

hey guys I been reading this thread and was wondering if u guys can help me design a vault core for a square/rectangular base rather than a circular one :confused:

What do you guys thing? It does pretty well on defense so :rolleyes:

Currently using a variation of Doug's and it's working great.

My current base is one of my top three farming bases. I use a compartment containing a collector or elixir storage(I'm always full at th8) and put a cannon or archer tower in with it. Then I open one small hole in the corner and place a spring trap or two. Since taking out a whole storage and defense it's very enticing. It destroys Giant and Gob combos. They drop giants in, since they are slow gobs can catch up, having 3 springs works well to take out a majority of troops. 30 gobs and 5 giants. It leaves the attacker reeling. There is a trap on every corner with a defense in a compartment, so basically you can't attack the base without losing half or all of your giants and gobs/barbs. Behind the compartments I put wiz towers in so they have to keep using goblins to take even part of the storages. If someone explains how to post pictures ill post one. Thanks!!!

Rattehh, does your setup on page 6 work well? I might try that sometime. :)

Also, does anyone have a good Trophy base setup for TH8? My clan will be pushing soon, and I need to find a good one, hoping to get far.
