I really think that TPTB should remove the price caps, or make them MUCH higher. I predict that this would lead to more widespread selling of "premium" items, once people could get what they think they should be worth, and an end to scarcities.
Is anyone from SuperCell listening? Why not make an "event" that is a trial of removing the price caps for a week, and see what happens?
