I figured it out! The question mark is the key! We know it's a question, so now just have to parse out the letters!
An upper followed by a lowercase Q clearly means a "We". Because the 3rd letter would have a break followed by 4 capital Qs. clearly that means that means the 2nd word is 4 letters. We "want" would be a good fit!
So a then we have 3 more lower case Qs...must mean "and".
The next 4 Qs are followed by 2 lower case...
