I'd rate it: undefined. This time around, Supercell has kept the details of the update quiet. I've seen some hints of what could be coming and I'm optimistic, but I'll be just as surprised as you are when it's revealed.

Some mod said it was a Ferrari. Guess not all mods get the same amount of info.

I think you're confusing something that was said about another update. I don't believe anybody said that sincerely about this update.
