Yes, doable, was within a hundred trophies of it the otherday, decided to go ahead and drop though, there are not much TH snipes in Crystal 1. You can do it none the less though. Just play a lot, look for TH snipes, take it, if you have an army of minions and balloons, and have been sniping with minions, you can take out whatever nooby TH7 or 8 that made it up there. (that would have included me the other day. ) :P
