This post is directed at the Leader of any clan who is looking to merge.
As a leader, you already know the challenges of keeping a clan running smoothly, growing to the 50 limit, balanced between lower TH and higher ones, etc..
The challenge is greater if you have played for a number of years and feel burnt out. TH11 is likely the cap for quite some time with the release of Builder Base.
Our clan creator/leader is taking extended break however he still participates in our out-of-game chat.
Other older/senior members have also decided to step away of the game. This just proves how important the leader and leadership team is.
Recruiting on the forums is slow but we have found a few good new recruits.
Here are a few details regarding our clan
-level 15->16 now
-mostly adults
-mostly Canadians
-good mix (TH8 to TH11)
-senior guys who follow the game
-English speaking.. eh....lol
-30ish clan members (as of Nov 22, 2017)
- feeder clan for overflow, Royal upgrades, etc
What I am looking for....
-up to 20 clan members.. weaker members will be cut or sent to our feeder clan
-leader will be automatically given CO (other COs/Elder will be discussed)
