Unfair matching in battles.........

Ok, i am level 50 and was just attacked by someone who is a level 84.

That is RIDICULOUS.

How fair is it that you can be attacked by someone who is over 34 levels higher than you. They just strolled in and took everything. That kind of ♥♥♥♥ makes me not like playing this game. Don't get me wrong, i'm all for fair playing. But I don't think it is very fair to allow players who are so far above you in the game, be able to just basically ROB you.

When i'm matching i notice it will pair me to people who are only level 10 or 20 sometimes. and i always just skip to the next match. I think there needs to be a minimum on the level of village you can raid. Like you can only be matched to people who are within 5 to 10 levels of you. It's just not right that the game allows such blatant robbing of people's resources.

Please tell me there are others who agree with this.......who see this as a problem?

I talked to one of my clan members who is level 30, and was attacked by a level 61.

it all depends on your trophy count. yes i know the match making seems unfair, but you just have to live with it. its not like everyday some person over 30 levels will strike you. if you have a good defense, not that many people will be tempted to attack you, so chin up! and if your being robbed a lot, make sure you have good defenses to fight enemies off! and dont save up a ♥♥♥♥-load of stuff when your defenses are upgrading, or your going to get robbed :cool:

Match making is based on trophies. A 5-10 level difference can easily be created by troop donations. In addition loot is currently dictated by town hall level difference. Sure someone who is 30 levels higher can attack you, but they will likely get very little for it. Unless of course you have rushed your town hall. If you have, that mistake is on you.

Match ups should be based on th as the higher th the better troops are available to those players so it will always be unfair when people of lower th's are attacked

To OP I understand your frustration, there's no way you can defend against some one much higher up than you regardless your build. But matching based on level won't help as donations and remove obstacles etc earns levels too. The only way to stop this is for SC to add importance to trophies. That way strong player won't want to stay at a low trophies range and thus won't be able to matched with you. I've actually started a thread suggesting ways to make trophies important by allowing more loots for high trophies, which will benefits both SC and the players.

u can drop ur trophy down and the important is u must strength ur village so people cannot loot ur gold and elixir. not people in high level is good strength as we know sometime they not look what must they do in their village. maybe some people like high trophy but not see their defense. the strategic in this game we must know, sometime we can win the battle but we must surrender it and got the lost trophy. we do that why, just only build the strenght defense with gold and elixir from looting. when we got the high trophy the challenge we found is the great challenge. not every battle we must win but must look the situation, not bad whos want to try. thx

1. Matchmaking is based on trophies as dahimi stated.
2. If your base is weak and you rushed your townhall you will get attacked by high level players.
3. There is a loot penalty already so do you want to make it impossible for a high level to attack you?
4. You can level up easily by just donating. FYI level doesn't matter.

Here is my frustration with 'raid matching'... It is currently based on a trophy system which eventually has you attacking or defending against people who are several town hall levels above you. This is an impossible task even for a player who isn't rushed. I personally am a th7 at the moment and find myself up against th9 and th10 players all the time. Earning trophies should not put you into a higher town hall 'bracket'. ...this system does not make any sense to me at all. SuperCell, Why don't you guys just make matches according to the TH level? ....ie a town hall 5 should be attacking another town hall 5...etc. This makes the most sense.

Are you a donut? Being in a higher league means that you will be matched with stronger players because it's basically a competition, if you are getting smashed then you should drop trophies.
I bet you didn't complain to SC that you've attacked a TH4, clash has a food chain. TH10 wrecks th9, th9 wrecks th8 etc.
Supercell has already implemented a feature that makes it more likely for you to attack a base a TH lower or higher than you, but not two THs lower or higher below Champs, because above that anyone is fair game.
Also it is possible to raid people stronger than you, if their base design is bad...
Once you're a TH9-10 you'll find that you'd want to get easy loot from a TH below you instead of attacking the same TH level as you all the time.
Deal with it, there will always be someone who can smash you.

Then we'd see th2 in legends. Not just anyone can do this you know. If you really don't want to be picked on, buy some gems and max your base to th10.
