Can't play HayDay anymore

Hello, since a few days I can't play HayDay anymore:( every time it wanna open the game the game close. I tried everything to fix it. Is there someone with the same problem or someone who can help me?!

And before this problem I can't see my friends from Game Center. Does anybody know how that's possible?!

If you can get to "report an issue", use that to report the problem. If not, go to supercell.net to report. List your game name,farm name, and farm level to help them identify your farm. Good luck.

where's report an issue button?

I cant find from that site nor from this forum page

We have a second farm my kid plays and I rob of sugar having this issue. It is on an old iPhone3 with only IOS 5.1 capabilities. There is no other app or anything else at all on this device. We only use it for this farm. A nice, normal, legal farm. It took the update just fine. It gets as far as the loading screen and then goes black. :(

needless to say, if you can't get the game to load, you can't use any in game reporting for your problem.

We have a reported issue with iOS5.x devices, we are trying to solve. I can't say for sure how long it will take before we have a fix for it. Sorry for the inconvenience!

We actually did test it on an iPad1 device, but for some reason something slipped through and caused this unfortunate issue. We are working on it! :)
