Am curious

First off, this isn't a complaint, but I'm curious if these new global events Supercell has introduced will be changed up with the old events at some future point? I guess I expected one of the more familiar ones rather than back to back globals.

The idea of working toward a global total is a great concept, yet I know many players have their favorite old event whether for double XP, vouchers, or coin. While prizes and 5 diamonds are a nice incentive to participate, churning out the same product day after day to reach the goal must surely become monotonous and disrupt the production of other goods, or least it was according to others after last week's B&E event.

Is anyone else curious about this or maybe Nick or any of the mods who may be in the know care to weigh in?

I hope they switch them up. Maybe one week an original event and the next week a global production goal? I am curious too, as I want boat double vouchers event and little people double coins event.

I would like to see it mixed up too - some global events and some of the others.
I just completed the third part of the pumpkin pie challenge and so far have axes, a decoration and saws. I was hoping for shovels:( I will keep going for now as I can always give them away sooner. I am not complaining but would definitely like a mix.:)

This is week 2 of the global event and I am already tired of it. Wanted the bots , definitely need double xp, and double voucher that would be more fun ... 5 diamonds is nothing

I agree exactly. I rely on the double voucher/double coin events, otherwise getting what I need (lures, pets, prep for next machine) would be more challenging and less fun. I was hoping this week would be truck event, I have a bracelet order just waiting for it! Lol. I like both event types, but a break from global event is needed, mixing it from week to week is the best. :)

And i agree with haydayplayer2, double vouchers and double coin events are far more fun, interesting because they have variety, and are just better rewards too, IMO. :D

I for one liked the double voucher boat event far more than these global events, but I still need more animals so ... But would rather have the lil people double coin event as well. But I'm not complaining either.

I was hoping for the truck event too. I had my barn ready. My board had all green checks just waiting for everything to double.:(

Instead of offering 5 diamonds, they should offer 5 golden vouchers!!
