Honestly, I doubt there's a hard limit. I'm not going to say you can't make a title as long as you want, but if it looks like it'll take up more than one line, I'll try to offer up a couple of alternatives to make it a bit shorter.

I'm having a really hard time with this one, and I think you know why. "Warriors are OP" is an existing title. No one would ever get anything out of this because they'd just assume it's an extension of an existing title
