Bombs. The next new thread about bombs.

How are bombs useful? Little bombs. "Big Bombs" are hot.

i know they cause a pause or stun on units. I use them at wall points to stun WBs a bit. Usually works well enough for single rushers. Other than that though?

Their damage is so low it can't even take out an archer. I almost feel like I am wasting the little bit of time it takes to put them down.

I am open to new ideas of their use, if you have any to share.

I like to put them next to my mines and pumps. After a single bomb, gobs will get one-shotted by basically all your defenses . Never waste space putting them inside your base, they won't do anything to the troops that get inside the most (giants mainly). Hope this helped!

that at is as good idea. I will use them more for group defense. See how that goes. I agree, inside walls is a bad idea.

I place 6 bombs in a row parallel to my wall, one space out, at the point that I most often get attacked from. I'd say at least half the time it takes out about 8-12 archers (depends on if the attacker drops a good bunch in that spot). It's a cheap way to buy my defenses a little more time.

i use bombs outside my walls in spots where i get attacked alot, i moslty hit archers and i use spring traps inside in places where giants will be passing by, i always take out about 5 to 6 giants with them. and only when there is a spot that i know alot of troops will be i will use a giant bomb.

i do almost the same thing along walls, but I spread out the bombs. They hit an area. I set them one off walls and at least one space in between. I try to cover edges and joints. You can spread them out more, over two sides.

problem is, they really don't do much on their own. If a direct impact took out that one square it would be better. They need a little more damage. The stun is still the most useful element.

along those lines, I like to put big bombs near my exposed storages. I have my elixir outside and it draws a lot of troops. Hehe, boom.

Bombs outsides the walls, spring traps inside in tight corners. Every bit of damage counts.

Its best to put them near Collectors as many farmers will Select those for hordes of goblins it makes it easier for defenses and lets any tower just one hit them! BTW is anybody else Pumped for Ghosts???;)

Not sure I know about ghosts. I haven't seen any new units announced. Maybe I missed it?
